How many teams do you own?

Greetings,

I was just looking through my blood bowl collection and I currently sit at 14 teams. Sadly, only 3 are fully painted with about 4 partially painted teams. It's always been a goal of mine to own every team. I came up with the rule of only buying a new team once my existing teams are all painted. That was about 5 teams ago so clearly that isn't working. How many teams do you own? Are you working towards owning them all?

I currently have three and only two are painted. Ive bought and sold a few more in my time, though i have to say ive never felt the urge to collect 'em all.

Twenty-five teams but only eight painted. I don't have Underworld, Chaos Pact or Slann yet - but I do have multiples of other teams... I have all the GW teams with all positional options and star players for each.

In order of completion:
Goblins, Nurgle, Underworld, Chaos Dwarves, Necro, Wood Elves.

Tricky question.

Are we counting teams that are mostly in pieces?

How about teams that have never seen glue?

I have between one and eight teams. Some of them even have paint on them!

Used to have all (and some multiple races), but as I've been selling them off recently, just most of the core teams and a few of the later ones.

Anyone wanting to increase thier team total, just give me a PM.

MY problem is I keep finding models and ideas for alternative multiples of teams....

Painted: Necro, Undead, Goblin

Unpainted/somewhat painted: Khemri, Vampire, Ogre, Chaos Pact, Nurgle

Painted but sold: Orc, Human, Skaven and Woodies (back when I was young, ignorant and timmy)

Painted: orcs, pact, Norse, goblin, khemri, necro
Partially painted: flings, vampires, ogres
Unpainted: lizards, dwarves, skaven, chaos dwarf, nurgle

I need a life, or more free time to paint!

I think I have all races now, some are incomplete (Vampires, Khorne, Pact). Quite a few teams exist in multiple versions. About half (by race) are properly painted, perhaps a bit more than that. Am slowly getting the rest painted (I am not a painter), and am sorting out storage properly.

My teams:

Painted, in order of completion: Chaos, Skaven, Necro, Human, Orc
Being painted: Dark Elves
Unpainted, in order of schedule: Lizardmen, Chaos Dwarfs, Undead

Also:

Painted starplayers; Borak, Hakflem, Luthor, Griff, Varag, Morg
Unpainted starplayers: Ripper, Grashnak, Max, Helmut, Ugroth, Hack, Nobbla, Scrappa, Fungus, Bomber, Zara, Hubris, Horkon, Zug, Zzharg, Skitter, Ramtut, Wilhelm, Eldril, Slibli, Glart. The plan is to paint most of these after I finish the Undead team, except for Ripper and the Gobbo stars, they will be part of my Gobbo Project, where I paint a Gobbo team, 2 Trolls + Ripper, and the Gobbo stars.

If I can finish all this by end of 2013 I'll be very happy!

Oh, and one day I'll have a camera so I can showcase the fruits of my labour.

19 painted (Orcs, dwarves, Chaos pact, Chaos dwares, Games day lizardmen, Vampires, High elves, dark elves, Khemri, Nurgle, ogres, Wood elves, Norse, Human, Amazones, Undead, Necro, Halflings, chaos)

I know, blood bowl Nerd.

13 unpainted

And some doubles that I do not count and will be sold soon. (High elves teams, chaos pact team, ...)

Glad you scaled back to the essentials

I think being a collectaphile is a key characteristic in the mainstream gamer. We just can't help ourselves when shiny new things are released!
