TBH - if the Flame Bowl ends up being 1/2 Dec then I don't this I could justify consequtive weekends in Burton and Manchester anyway (well not to the wife )

Hi everyone;

Apologies for enforced absence; been pc less at home since March & having a pig of a year!

Venue is still reserved for 24th - 25th of November & will have update posted by weekend.

Rules will be very similar to last year with a minor tweak of Da Wata table.

Hope to see some new & old faces at Da Angova!

Hi everyone;

I have been around & saw many players at this year's NAF Championships; just been pc less & enjoying the squeeze of the Coalition's Austerity Measures against the Bankers; sorry, Hard working members of the Public!

Anyway, quick recap...

YES - Venue is Booked & 'Brewerz Bowl II - Da Ang Ova' is most definitely ON!

YES - Everyone had fun & there was much merriment & anguish caused by Da Wata Table rolls over the weekend but it didn't detract from the random fun that is playing Blood Bowl!

YES - thanks to everyone's generosity over the weekend we raised over £50 for the NACC. Small proceeds for event took this to £70.00 - Thank You Everyone!

Drakk won Most Touchdowns
Diamond Joe crushed his way to Most Casualties
Battle Puppy was unique in winning both Best Sportmans award and Most sent Off!
Pug won Best (Only) Stunty Team + Special "Knee Deep in GASH!" award
Rich was awarded Brewer's Droop
& Damo got the Wooden Spoon

Would love to have some more Bunker Bowl players attending...

Rich attended Brewerz last year after getting bitten by BB bug at Bunker & really enjoyed himself.

I've got a bit of local interest Burton & Sutton & hopefully a few players from Bristol travelling too.

I'll be emailing all of last year's attendees today, to confirm interest.

Hi everyone;

I had thought about introducing some Random Khaos Lord inspired events into the second Brewerz Bowl for rounds 2-5...

Have been unable to finalise these but, if people are interested; I'll post my thoughts on here & let you decide whether or not we include them in 'Da Ang Ova' or leave them until 2013?

NB: these will be specific events, themed along lines of individual Khaos Lords which maybe 'triggered' at certain points of the Game. These will only take place between Rounds 2-5.

@Hawk: ruleset was sent to NAF this week & last year's event was NAF Ranked; so I'm hoping it will be approved again; especially as only made a very minor tweak to ruleset

Date was publicised on here since December 2011 & has been on Tournament Calendar for almost as long.

so, that gives everyone a rough idea of how things went...

NB: the only Rules amendment for 2012 is that 'Da Wata' table modifier has been amended slightly; now Stunties do not suffer a -1 to this Table but, do suffer a -1 Penalty on the Slimed & Warped tables...
