Fantastic tourney Frank.... As Glow says "now my first tourney booked in the diary" each year. loved it.

My results were shocking but still had a blast :orc:

Great to see everyone.....

Thanks to all my opponents for 6 enjoyable (and sometimes frustrating) games with only 2 projectile dice incidents :x

Well doe Joe and all the other winners.

Well done on most Thrudlike Pringlefister :-) was a pleasure to play you again (even if you could've lost playing on your own with those relentlessly shocking dice rolls!)

Great weekend, really enjoyed it.

6 Great games, even if Sunday was nothing but Orcs!
2-2-2 for me and my Slann team. Happy with that as it should put my NAF score over 150 :)

The Score! results file has been checked and sent to Joemanji (as per his request), he should have the NAF scores up soon.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Gratz to Joe for the top spot.

Stunycup went to Glowworm.
Most CAS to Blocknroll with 22
Most TD to Lycos with 15

Plenty of other awards, but I don't have Frank's list. I'm sure he'll be along with the full award list soon :)

I've had some people asking me about when the NAF rankings are going to be up. I emailed the score file to Joemanji on Monday evening. I'm sure when he is free he will get them up.

Hi there,

before going for a week in Provence with children, just a few words about the thrudball. This tournament was great, maybe one of the greatest i made :) I hope i will manage to be there next year!

Btw, two things I saw about it:

- frank: just made the payment for tee shirt and block dices! I completely forgot them, since I have my ceiling to finish when coming back :D anyyway, sorry for the delay, my own fault!
- the guy who spent time for results: I took a look on the results entered on naf website. I think there were a small mistake between my entry ,number in tournament (frank told me it was 37), and my naf number which isn't 37 (cyberhare) but 30 (LarsEnvengger). Sometimes I'd rather have let's say... a 20K number! :D Many thanks in advance you will spend on it (summer, nice girls on streets, and so on... ) ;)

best regards
gerald

Hello Thrudballers,

Just a quick note to say I've not disappeared off the face of the earth.

I've simply been having a torrid time with family illness, a million problems I should have sorted whilst instead I spend all my time sorting thrudball, etc.

Those of you who still owe stuff from the auction, or are still owed merchandise, will get an email from me next week detailing what is owed / coming , but relax you've got till end January to cough up, so to speak...

I've still got to get around to collaring Garry's Photo's of the event (and Video of the Sumo Challenges!!), after which I will also be chasing those of you who sumo'd and still owe a £5 ...but again no massive rush.

Please can you all help me by sending me any pictures you took at the event?
Thanks
Frank
P.S. Thrudball 2013 tentatively booked for 10-11th August 2013...

Nope, I've STILL not got the amounts owed for the Thrudball auction out to people yet...

HUMBLE apologies, I know you all can't WAIT to know what you owe, :D , but the wife took a tumble down the stairs carrying my five year old angela on the weekend, so all thoughts of anything other than making sure they were ok went completely out my head...

...not though this is an excuse for not doing it during the week, but I am getting up at 6 to cycle 17 miles a day to work and back ansd get in 6:30pm, often soaked to the skin....plays sympathy violin, sniff...and usually promptly fall asleep in the bath most nights, once we've got the kids to bed...

PROMISE: Will sort by 7/10, or will do a sponsored bungee jump next year !!!:-?

On the subject of sponsored events, would any of you sponsor me to do a Moustache this "Movember"?

The wife has PROMISED she won't kiss me until Xmas if I do...

I will see how many different Moustache styles I can muster in 30 days...
