basically coke /diet coke (50p a can) and coffee / tea (30p a cup)

No food as Dave booked a hall in the Ass end of no-where (but its a good venue and cheapish)

theres a Morrisons with a Cafe and Burger king as long as people car share for stuff for lunch, or bring your own stuff to nosh during the day

IF (and it is an IF ATM) theres a 2 dayer next year it will be at a different venue nearer shops ect, remember this started as a club day........

Are we allowed to buy coach's/cheerleaders/extra Fan factor I didn't think we could which has been making my team selection very difficult with 20k unspent.

I'm sure you are - I've spent 20k also on a Cheerleader and Coach. It's part of the normal team building

Yes, you can buy cheerleaders/ coaches with your "spare" cash, you can also purchase more FF if you wanted, you do get 5 for free tho'

My phone can act as a wireless hot spot so as long as your wireless and my phone can get a signal out in the wilderness (west of london) you can connect to it for interwebing.
