Loaf is right, Mr. Keith has done an astounding job.

See? I told all you doubters that the sculpts would totally make up for my silly drawings. :D

I went with the right shoulder and I actually made it through the entire 2 hour session! I think it turned out nicely and now I'm trying to figure out how to take and post pics! Have no fear, it has been done, I am a man of my word, and visual proff will be online soon!

"debi maddox kirchhof about 3 hours ago

haven't i seen these beautiful animals before? awwww, yes, believe it was 35+ years ago when the drawing started! am soooooo proud of you, chance, and happy for you. big love, mom"

I may or may not have peed myself a bit when I read this. Glad to see Chance's mom is so supportive of his blood bowl primate fixation.

Ah, Lunchabl1es. I wondered who would be the first to give me grief for that. :)

She actually pledged for the project, she does know about the tattoo and has seen a bad cellphone photo of it so far.

She accepts my primate (I love monkeys, too!) fixation. :)

And I accept that my mom means well. :D

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

I don't have prices yet ... but based on the bulk of the figures ... I think some folks received some pretty good prices for this team from the KickStarter. I'll know more later but I ran some quick numbers and it looked good for everyone definitely benefiting who supported this KickStarter.

I'm really happy with how the figures came out including the pants and extra torso/shoulder equipment we paid to have made outside the bounds of the KickStarter.

The team is looking great Tom. I'll be surprised if they don't sell at least moderately well.

I've never played Orcs in my life ... I just might have to have one of these teams painted up and bring to an event just to play both for the figures and the team for the first time. ;-)

Wow, these turned out really well. Great facial expression on the running chimp. I hadn't thought that I would enjoy this Apes concept but... the models are great!
