CHAOS CUP 2012 - Sept 15-16

Ohh i really really wonna do this ;O) Anybody know when NFL has their 2012 schedule ready?

I don't think it's out yet, but my guess is opening weekend will be either 9th or 16th. It would be awesome if the Bears were hosting a Sunday night or Monday night game the same weekend!

GOOD News: Bears do play the Thursday before Chaos Cup...against the Packers!

BAD News: It's in Green Bay, not Chicago.

I still have a Cubs game planned for Friday 9/14. Once I get the pack of tickets I'll post here to see who all is interested in going!

Wednesday before the cup, I'm flying out Wednesday after. Anything to do in chicago for those few days other then waddle around having a site see?
Also, who else is staying at the event hotel? Wanna arrange a game?

You are welcome to join us for the Cubs game on Friday.

Other than that, I suggest heading downtown to Navy Pier....also since it will still be summer, hanging out on Lake Shore Drive and Michigan ave....Grant Park & Art Institute is right over there. Great music venues and comedy clubs too.... worth checking out a Second City show if you can. Lots of comedy history went down in that little theater.

If you are into heavy music (like I am), I would try to hit up Kuma's Corner for lunch one weekday (so it wont be that crowded). All the burgers are themed after bands.

I'm going to try and get more days off from work around that time too.
