I really enjoyed the first part as our league grew from 9 to 21 coaches and went from high AG to balanced to high bash in about a week.

We are already using a TV cap and rookie-friendly scheduling, but there were a few other good ideas that got the wheels turning in my head.

I wonder, having listened to the power limit discussion, if a skill cap solely applied to mutations would be OK. Max 2 claws etc etc. it's meant to be random after all. I'd probably make Hypno gaze a mutation again to add a bit of variety, but there are plenty more interesting mutations than just claw (Prehensile tail, horns, extra arms, big hand, tentacles).

TBH I think just stopping PO stacking would be fine, or limit it to an AV reroll..
