Do we need any permits of anything to park and camp at the venue? Or can we just show up and pitch a tent?
No permits required, a chap by the name of Ben Day (you cannot miss him, he's a BIG bloke) is helping to marshall tentss and greet people.

I'll get there 8:30pm ish...and have made up a thrudlike quiz specifically for those of you camping or turning up friday night!

see you all soon!

Dont pussy out now. I've even talked army dave into using stunties.

...and the green army rolls along, gather converts at every turn.......Oh Gazza what have you done ?

Soon, maybe, just maybe, there will be a tournament with a "Non-Stunty" cup for the few "regular" teams that attend :D

@ Frank....... Is Thrud a closet stunty ?
Thrud, Like myself, is a big guy with a stunty brain... :o

Great weekend, thanks the Frank and all 6 of my opponents (even if 2 of them were Exiles :)). 1 win, 2 draws and 3 losses for this goblin team :) Happy days. See you all soon.

Many many thanks to Frank and everyone else who ran Thrud, as always had a blast!!

2-2-2 with the Gobbo's !! Happy with that, i must say however " all hail The Chosen Gobbo" who swept (most) of his opponents aside on his way to a very impressive Stunty Cup win. Congratulations, you truely are the Chosen One.

6 great games against 6 different races all coached by very sporting opponents, doesnt get much better than that!!

see you all next year, thinking Nurgle FTW (that'll be Gobbo's then probably!!)

Thanks for a good Tourney Frank - not sure how you'll top your challenges from this year :o (replace the BB Gun with a shotgun and the darts with meat cleavers? )

Congrats to Phil on his win and to Chosen Gobbo on a very mighty showing with Goblins :D

Thank you to everyone who donated, contributed and assisted in the running of thrudball. Will get proper thank you letters out when I'vew got a better iea of the total raised.

I must admit I'm KNACKERED (didn't get out the hall till gone 9pm)...ZZZzzzzz

But we raised OOOdles of Dosh for Roy Castle - still need an official count up but roughly made the following "profits":

£1300-1400 ish Auction
£170 food (hopefully more as they promised a discount for forgetting us and blowing up my extension lead!)
£470 Ticket Sales
£720 on the BRGAbabe Boards (once the last few are sold).
£350 on the Red Thrud Dice (again once all shifted, may take until next NAF championship though so not all will count to this years total)
£500-600 Sponsor Money from Arthur, Myself and Drabs

So we've a chance of beating our record for the most ever raised, which was £3600 back in 2008!!!

Thrudtastic!

...plus someone left a grey jacket behind at this years event...do you want it back or is it a donation to next years auction?

...it has an Ipod in it, so I would have thought not...

whiever owns this simply tell me what music is on it and I'll mail it to you (unless you're going to exiles, in which case I'll see you there if you can wait for it)...

Thanks for the tournament - I had a great time. 6 brilliant opponents, especially given my powergaming.

It was great to find myself at the top table as well.

Congratulations to Purplegoo - a well deserved win.
