Vault Bowl 17th - 18th September

Post by gamesvaultsteve »

Hi all.

Sorry no details about this yet.

Its all a bit crazy for me at the moment.

This will be going ahead, and will be at a different venue to last year, but still in Daventry.

I will post full details all being well, the week after next.

Thanks.

Just to explain these, in our league there's a random round event for every league round. We've had astrogranite pitches (+1 to every armour roll), star players (players with most SPP's, not traditional star players) missing on International duty, players kidnapped and ransom demanded for them to play etc. I believe there is a list of them somewhere in the House Rules section (author 'Harroguk').
I think the idea is to find one random event, that could work in the tournament setting, for each round. They would be the same for every game in each round, but differ each round. This obviously has to be agreed with the chaps in the Naf to be included.

I'm sure Steve would appreciate payments beforehand. I'll speak to him about paypal payments.

Tier 1 (3 skills each day)
Amazons, Woodies, Fundead, Dwarves, Chaos Dwarves, Orcs, Skaven, Norse, Dark Elves, Lizards & Necro

Tier 2 (1 double + 3 skills day 1, 3 skills day 2)
Humans, Elves, Khemri, High Elves, Chaos, Nurgle, Chaos Pact, Underworld, Vamps, Slann

Tier 3 (1 double + 3 skills each day)
Ogres, Gobbos, 'Flings

The skill package for the Stunty teams has changed slightly.

There will be 6 games. Steve is talking to the Naf about sanctioning it.

Though in all seriousness it should now read...
mattwhile wrote:Tier 1 (3 skills each day)

Tier 2 + Tier 3 (1 double + 3 skills each day)
Humans, Elves, Khemri, High Elves, Chaos, Nurgle, Chaos Pact, Underworld, Vamps, Slann, Ogres, Gobbos, 'Flings
... As there is no difference between the Tier 2 and Tier 3 skills packages! Should that maybe read 1 double + 4 skills each day? :orc:

The tier 2 teams only get 1 double. The Stunty players get a second one, they just have to wait until the Sunday for one of them.
