Periodically the BABBL hold a raffle of a pro-painted Bloodbowl team to raise funds for the league. This pays for the leagues running costs like the website, etc, and keeps the league 100% free to play!
Season 10 is about ready to kick off, and we're planning for it to be the best yet. We have gotten our hands on a brilliant Sarcos team courtesy of Impact Miniatures. Our very own Painting Machine, Devilsreject has applied his excellent painting skills to this team as can be seen in the attached picture below.
(As an aside Devilsreject has in the past and (I believe) still takes on the occasional commission job, so the team is by all measures 'pro-painted')
This is a fairly strightforward raffle with rules as follows:
Tickets in the raffle are $5AUD each, or 3 tickets for $10AUD.
The prize is the pro-painted Sarcos team pictured above, including an Impact carrying case (not pictured).
Please note - postage costs are the responsibility of the raffle winner.
Tickets are available to all who would like to buy them, given the fact we're posting on TFF we're happy to extend the offer of tickets to the wider international BB Community.
All funds raised go to supporting the BABBL (eg, website costs, etc) in order to keep the league free to play.
Raffle tickets will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. (Yes, that means no picking your favourite number)
The draw will take place at a BABBL league night, at our inaugural "Northern Wastes Challenge" special round, which should be the 9th August 2011. As per previous raffles we will take photos and update the thread once the draw has been done and ocntact the lucky winner.
