I recevied one of these with my dice one year - I assumed they were given out as part of the NAF renewal...

Darkson, where did you get them from in the first place?

Iirc, Lycos gave me a load when he collected all the NAFWC stuff that I was storing at my house after the event (along with some pencils).

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Memory is a little hazy here.... but this is probably fairly accurate.

IIRC OMM had the patches made for the first World cup and along with another WC patch, we gave them out to those who came. There was a minimum number to order and we had something like 700 or so left over.

Having sat on a shelf in my house for 6 months, Jim and I got in a discussion about what to do with them and we agreed one would go in the dice packs until they ran out. So in 2008, I put one in about 600 to 800 packs with the dice. Hence why some like Spiky have one.

What exactly "rare" is, is open for discussion I suppose. But there were a thousand made, I think.
