'Bulk' Franarcilla miniatures order. Packages sent :D

I don't need express shipping, but I would like to be certain that the minis are actually going to be sent.. right now it seems they haven't even left Spain due to some customs issue over a National Insurance number.. and even after they leave Spain, they then have to clear UK and US customs before I get my grubby mits on them.

Fran makes lovely minis, but if he doesn't make them easier for people to buy, he's never going to make much money out of it..

Oh boy don't I know it, I think these bulk orders may be the right way forward though. I may be doing another one around november, see if I can build some trust between the two of us.

I placed a smaller order with him (shipped to US) last week and it seemed to ship without issue. That shipping cost is a kick in the snotlings, though, but just encouraged me to get more minis to make it worthwhile

He did mention it may take me up to a month to receive, though, so we'll see.

Sounds like he demands insurance so the i'm sure very "common" case of buyers claiming they did'nt receive the package wont appear. Is it like that, or can anyone order for the lower shipping cost on his website or is that only for trusted buyers? It obviously does'nt state that but my guess is no considering he just gave me the higher cost without asking. It'll be nice to see the total cost difference between his goods and other suppliers.

Wow, one heavy package and the first thing I have ever received from parcel force (parcel force).

Oh but there has been one teeny mistake, the nurgle ogres arraived with small bases rather than large ones so you will have to provide your own

ok, turns out the big guys dont need big bases, they fit onto the small ones.
More importantly every last package has been sent to its recipiant. The total cost of P&P was.... (wait for it)..... £37.40! (non express)
Everyone in europe was fine costing around the £2 i asked, if you american chappys could sling a couple quid my way (xtremes came to about £16) i would appreciate it. Not really begging here just a little compencation would be nice:D

Hope you enjoy them, it was a truely fun experiance and it was great to see those fantastic sculpts in the flesh(metal). As i said before i may do another order around november so if you missed the chance this time around just hang on till then

When I get my package I'll make you whole from my end, for sure... the juggling "time" alone was awesome enough, I certainly don't need your money!

I am thinking that in the future it may be cheaper to add another "distribution" hub in the US (since the intra-US shipping is a lot cheaper than UK-US shipping.
