Ok... here goes...

I've heard the term 'uphill block' loads of times on Threedieblock and Zlurpcast. What does it mean?

When you roll two or three dice and the opponent chooses, because they're stronger.

Half-dice is more common in UK.

As a variation to the norm here, I usually call them unfair two dice blocks.

edit: unfair two dicers to be exact.
