My favorite conversion has been my plastic Kroxigor - first ever attempt at using green stuff. Turned out pretty well, but never could get a good picture of it in good lighting.

I hesitate to even post this compared to some of the amazing work in this thread, but this is my best (and pretty much only) conversion to date... Helmut Wulf for my Middle Kingdoms Norse team. Sadly he is still unpainted, but I hope to fix that soon.

Here is a couple of Chaos warriors i am working on.One is has the mutations, choice of Big hands,claw,Extra arms.The other has Tenticals,prehensile tail,claw and horns. That Krox is Awesome!

Well this is my latest and most converted team: 'Soylent Greens'
No build pics (didn't take any), only the final products.
Sorry if some pictures are a bit crappy but photography is not my forte.

The team was built using 40K Ork Gretchins (about 50% of the models), some with Forge World Gretchins (about 40%), Mr. 8-Ball is part of the WH Domediver crew, Mr. Cage of Doom is scrap built (Gobbo inside has a greenstuffed body and a spare head) and finally one greenstuffed gobbo body (based on the Snot of GW Games Day Orc with Snot) with a spare head.
Trolls are the standard Ripper and another basic Stone Troll with a weapon snip
