Why would you want to replace a Storm Vermin who lost a point of movement? The money could be better spent elsewhere, and movement is certainly what the Skaven can most easily use. Turn him into your line grunt and get him Guard. If he rolls doubles, consider spikes. Every Skaven team could use an anchor on the front line.

yah im deffinitly not replacing him now... he still moves 6 and i almost never end up moving my vermin much anyways...
