Some accommodation details added to 1st post.
Trying to get a deal on one but so far no luck.

I really need 10 to 15 people paid up by end of Feb so i can get an idea of how much cake can be provided, what we can have in the way of prizes and if we can do food on one or both days for lunch.

in reply to your question in another thread (Casnewydd) i should be ok for this, however my daughter is due to produce my first grand child

in June, and you know how unreliable women are over these things!!

Dont see it being a problem, however if she decides to "pop" early then i expect things could change....

i will keep you informed, however lets say yes at present

If people who want to come could start getting payments in that would be great, give me time to try and sort prizes, food etc in advance.
Very busy the next few months so going to need plenty of time to sort this one out.
