I agree somewhat - I think the should be a (short - day or two at most) period of time that those that attended WCI could apply before others (which, seeing as I reffed that event, would actually put me at a disadvantage

But on the other hand, why should those that couldn't (for whatever reason) attend WCI be penalised?
I don't think there can be a "fair" system, so "first-come, first served", based on nationalities, is probably the best way to do it unfortunately.
Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
