similar subject, but it wasn't my bad luck but my GOOD luck that was interesting

played the first game of a new league, rolled a pitch invasion on the kick off and it killed one of his guys, seriously injured 4 and badly hurt the 6th

he was so unimpressed

I am pretty good at rolling 2xskulls but I've never rolled 3 yet, fingers crossed.

I can see it now....

On Tuesday my Orc cage got fireballed.

All 5 players got knocked over - 1 AG2, 2 AG3 and 3 AG4. It went through the armour on all of them (2 Av8, 3 Av9), SI'ing a BOB and KOing a line orc.

That was nasty.

I'm just impressed you have 3 players on your Orc team with 4 AG. I've got one, and thought I was doing well!

I think I got you beat wesleytj, or at least one of my leagues coaches does.

Yours was

Dark Elf blitzer with assist hits beastman with 0spp. double skulls. reroll: double skulls. Arm/inj, no mods: DEAD. Apothecary: Fails.

His was: Dark Elf blitzer blitzes with assist to open hole against zombie (unskilled). He rolls double skulls, rerolls and double skulls. Armour roll straight through and he is dead. Makes apoth roll. Next turn, stands up to dodge rolls a 1, rerolls and gets a 1. Armour roll straight through and once again he is dead. This was all in the game immediately after I had badgered him into buying an apoth (necessary because he was a rookie). Rough start to your 4th game ever.

Otherwise, the opening point of the post is the failed 3 Dice hit. I firmly believe that they are cursed by Nuffle, and so not worth the effort to get them. Of all the 3 Dice hits I have ever seen (approx 14) at least half have been triple skulls, and the others mostly a combo of both downs and skulls. This also includes those that were thrown with the reroll.

They're cursed I tells ya!

I have to agree some of you guys:
three dice block seems never work for me:
Yesterday a Skink was holding the ball 5 squares before my endzone, I blocked him with my Skaven Blitzer plus two assissts
result double skulls and a push back
Needless to say that he scored a touchdown in the next round.

Of course all the two dice blocks he made with his Skinks against my ball carrying Gutter Runners before his endzone resulted in a pow (who wonders?)
