Undead. They are a patch that was only ever part of the game to crowbar in mummies, skeletons and so on into the game when "Death zone" came out.

Khemri and Necro are more coherant concepts, and render the Undead obsolete. The only reason the team is even still in the game is because some people whined about it being removed. The first team nerfed, since nerfed more, and still the most broken team in BB.

Funny, I was going to post that they should be removed because they are the best team....but then people would bring up Wood Elves....Orcs....Chaos Dwarves...etc.

I have an undead team. It's fun to play. Different fun than my Slann, and much more fun than playing Dwarves (IMO). So to me it's more of a team I would not play in a league or a tourney, but like to have as an option for "club games". And it has it's own fairly versatile play style.

If I had to get rid of one team, I would say one of the Elf teams. Elf and High Elf are pretty redundant. Undead, Khemri and Necro are all fairly different in play style.

I do not think teams should be removed because there are too many of tehm. They should only be removed if they unbalance the game.
For instance, I do not like the design of the Khemri roster, but it is not broken and it can be safely ignored.

In my opinion, only Amazons need a serious redesign. I would not mind if they were removed instead.

Just 2:

1. The LRB6 Khemri - but then I'd either replace it with the (fine) LRB5 version OR the (playtested, balanced, and damn more interesting than the crap LRB6 version) Break Tackle version.

2. Amazons - but then I'd replace them with a more interesting Amazon version (don't ask me what, I'd be asking the community for ideas/help - maybe the MBBL Amazonian team...)

So, that would be 24.

So I'd look to add another team, something different, something to make it a round 25.

Wouldn't be Poncy Pon *cough* er.. Brettonians though. Maybe something like Savage Orcs, or a Nippon team or...

I agree with Darkson when it comes to modifying Khemri and Amazons and I even agree with the idea of adding in another team. For me it would be some sort of monkey team because monkeys make everything better.... like this thread

They just don't seem to separate themselves from the other three elf teams. They seem a bit generic and boring. Probably the point, but I like a little flavor with my team.

I think the Break Tackle version was 3 5 1 8 Regen Break Tackle.
To be honest, with more expensive skeletons, Khemri may have just been fine with removing mighty blow and being done with it.

Can't really say I'd remove any team. They all bring their own dimension to the game. None are really too similar to others. There are teams I'd change (like Khemri and Zons), but I don't think any warrant removal.

High Elves. They are a Warhammer Fantasy Battle race. Not a Blood Bowl race.

With that said...give Pro Elf their roster instead of their current roster!
