If i can get 15 people paid up it'll go ahead even if i have to dip into my own pocket to cover any shortfall in funds. Big thing is if i get the venue discount for people staying at the venue 15 people will cover the costs i hope.

The guy who owns the pub said (got to check this month he still remembers) said if enough people book into their accom we get the venue for free and the rooms at a discounted price.

The good lady wife will send me down with cakes etc as there is no BBQ at my house this year (bit far to go Newquay to Swindon for a BBQ)
