win=4pts
lost by 1 td = 2 pts
draw = 2 pts
lost by 2 or more = 1 point
conceded = 0 points
Shouldnt it be 3 for a draw or something ? I mean loss = draw can't be it or can it ?

Situation: The score's 1-1. I could go for the risky winner, but it could cost me the game if it doesn't work. Under the Tournament ruleset, everybody will play for the win, because you've got points to gain and nothing to lose. Under other circumstances, coaches may well settle for the draw. So it encourages results, taking chances and keeping things exciting.
Plus of course there's the enjoyment factor, and keeping games interesting. If you're down by 2 with no time to score twice (the game's gone) you still have that point to play for if you can score and bring it back to 2-1. So it keeps games 'alive' longer as well, which has to add to the enjoyment for the coaches involved.
The same points for a draw/loss by one was one of the best aspects of the Resurrection system, and I for one am glad to see it back this time around.

Just out of interest, is 200 the max due to building regs or any such thing, or could it be any bigger next year?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

from what I've seen of warhammer world, 200 is pretty much the max, unless they move into bugmans as well
then again, I've only been once
I guess if it REALLY takes off, and Andy/Jervis had lots of support from the likes of us, we could try to take over the NEC in birmingham or some such arena
for UK-based tournaments I mean
