The image is hosted by Privateer Press and it's URL suggests they're mercenaries called Risen.

The one on the left is pretty odd looking, can't really see using a skeleton as a coach.

Privateer Press and the Risen. Right on both acounts. I planned on using the one on the left for a coach also. These skeletons with some others are the start of a delayed Undead team for me.

Buy the unit box and you'll get IIRC 12 of them, together with a model that should be usable as a wight or Mummy AND a Coach or Ghoul...

They're not great for painting though. I have a box and have never mustered up the energy to get them done. At least partially because they are spectacularly unfun to play against...
