I can log via my phone in a limited capacity. It also keeps me logged on for ages afterwards. I also cannot access paypal via it. Yes I should have checked my pm but since I tend not to get many it is not something I check everytime.

I gave you my address and asked for your paypal address over the week so what part of that says I do not want one?

Last week = Friday. I admit I should have sorted it out Monday but since you had not said there was a time limit I would have not paid at 9am Tuesday.

Bad form sir.

You can stick your mini in your limited edition.

I've got a couple of trades with itsme and we have always had a very clear communication (even if my english sucks). Come on, there's no need to be so agressive because of a simple misunderstanding.

Absolutely agreed, that was a totally unreasonable reaction particularly to Itsme's offer to fix the issue.

The offer to fix was only after i kicked up a fuss (and paid).

Sorry for being a little aggressive (still annoyed by the situation though)and thank you for the refund.

I still think it is very bad form to sell on a mini after exchanging 4 pm's and all the relevant details (which part of that says i am not interested?) just because you don't hear from me over a weekend.

Good luck with future business ......it will not be from me.

Look correct me if I'm wrong here, but I'm pretty sure Itsme is just a private citizen trying to do people a favour here, not a business selling these miniatures... I don't believe he's actually making any money whatsoever for his trouble, and he definitely doesn't deserve this treatment for what I'm sure was an honest misunderstanding.

We're talking about a very limited number of a highly sought after miniature, and you decided to leave it without contact or explanation over a long weekend while still logging into TBB where he could have easily read and responded to PMs. It's a shame that it happened, but the way you've chosen to handle it doesn't speak very well of you, particularly because you weren't willing to acknowledge the part you played in causing the issue in the first place.

Itsme offered to make it right, you chose a pretty rude way to throw that offer back in his face. He gave you a full refund and that should really be the end of it.

Hangus and Itsme - if you want to talk, take it to PM.

Itsme, if you want your account deleted, send me a PM and I can do it, but I can't see why one bad transaction (no blame apportioned) why you tar the whole community ("Not really interested in this community any longer ...") when you and others have said you've had plenty of successful transactions - if everyone on ebay worked under the same philosphy, there'd be no-one using it. But it's your choice.
