Can you let us know where your marker for production is.
Are there only 5 or 20 or even more missing?

I think both Draco and myself want to keep as honest and open as we can and if we keep on the € 30 per pitch (which we will do since we already increased it once), we need to have at least 45 pitches pre-ordered before we can start producing them.

The investment is not negligeable and therefore we really want to know if the community is willing to invest a bit into the project before it starts of with all risk on our shoulders. We are talking about several thousands of euros for a 100 run print, so I hope you understand we don't want to risk being left with 100 pitches and a bank acoount featuring red numbers ...

As some of you will have seen in the first post of this topic, the pitch has undergone a not-so-small transformation … Hope you all like it as much as we do!

There will still be some minor changes to the pitch, but the basic idea will remain the same. Therefore I think the time has come to take decisions as we need to work forward with this project in order to get everything ready for the Colleges of Magic tournament mid November.

All of you who want to commit to buy one of these rather unique pitches, please make sure to PM me (not Draco as he will be away from the board for quite some time) or drop me an email on quermitt@gmail.com.

Those who had already committed to buy one, we will assume you still want one unless you specify otherwise. 

Those of you who are on the interested list, now is the time to decide if you step into the project or not.

Draco already detailed the P&P a bit further above this post, so please keep in mind that since the P&P tends to be a bit on the high end side that it might be best to either bundle the order per country/league/whatever or to tell us to bring the pitch along to one of the many tournaments we play in Benelux, France or Germany. England we can probably supply via Lycos when he visits Brassbowl later this year. If we can manage to produce the pitches before Eurobowl we will probably be able to give them along to team Belgium to distribute amongst the other countries.

The counter is now on 14, so 31 pitches to go and we have green light to start producing!

All of you who have shown interest thus far have just received a PM.

Unfortunately, as we did not reach the goal of 45 pitches on the day of our deadline (after even extending it for a couple of days) we will probably have to abandon the project.

Nevertheless the art work has been made and we will be producing the pitches in a very very limited run (about 20 or so). This does mean however that price will be substantially higher and probably somewhere between 50 and 60 euros per pitch, excluding P&P.

I hope everyone that was interested in buying a pitch did get a PM, otherwise I apologize for that.

Thanks for the many compliments on the board guys, I will pas them on to the graphics artist that made it for us.

Unfortunately we are way of the 45 pitches sold target and need to start producing soon if we want the pitches ready for the Colleges of Magic tournament. That immediately is the reason why we absolutely cannot prolong the deadline any longer.

Sorry to all of you who have had to drop out because of the price, but know that this is the actual price per pitch if you produce them in a smaller run then the intended 100 we wanted to produce first.
