Amber Wizard
All,
I recently won my league Dungeon Bowl title and now want to pick up a suitable Wizard mini to induce.
It is a Dark Elf team which in the rules equates to an Amber Wizard... can anyone recommend some suitable Amber Wizards?
Thanks
Rabid

This (Top right) was the original, may be worth looking on e-Bay for him on the off chance, no idea how unique or pricey he is?
Looks very druidic, rather than magey, if you see what I mean? I'm sure someone will know a suitable figure to suggest?

yeah honestly it didnt make much sense to me either... but here it isPowerhausen wrote:I gotta say I'm a little at a loss, why is it an Amber Wizard? Are these some rules unique to your league? Dark Elves and the Amber college just don't seem like a natural match ...

I suppose I could opt for a Dark Wizard

I suggest this guy from Wyrd Miniatures. They are listed as 32mm Heroic scale, but I know from experience that they are the same scale as your average BB miniature.Amber Wizards are closely connected to the wilderness and wild animals.

I'd have said Amethyst was more Dark Elvish...
Not sure you should put too much stock in what the old DB teams were TBH. Just pick up a nice DE sorceror model. There are some pretty spiffy ones iirc.
