if it was sent via seafreight transit time us to europe is 10 days
I ordered Issue No.2 of the Comic (plus the Wood Elf) and I seem to remember it taking a lot longer than 10 days to arrive

It certainly took over a month

Ordered one of the Dark Elf MONTHS ago.
Not heard a thing.
Probably best just to write the whole thing off.

This was last year (I think)

Anyway still waiting on Issue 3 (plus Dark Elf), Issue 1 (plus Rudolph) & the Mutant Gobbos

I think giving the miniatures to Impact to sell would be a decent idea

They would fit in with a number of their teams / lines (they are sculpted & produced by Impact anyway I believe) and Impact could then get them out to the wider Blood Bowl community

Maybe they could get some "targeted" agreement....

I know this still doesnt solve the problem for those of us who have paid for goods and have not yet received them but its certainly a solution for the future of those miniatures

These were special edition castings we did on contract.

So at least on the surface we had no plans to add them to our lines.

I'll talk to Ramsay again and see what options we have to help with this (if any).

Okay ... talked to Ramsay and we at Impact! are hoping to try and help fix the situation.

Lordchaos at this time does not have the funds or the miniatures in order to fill the orders that he took so far.

Impact! was waiting for payment from Lordchaos to send him the figures he ordered. So we currently still have the casting run for all 3 figures in our possession.

We've agreed tonight to wave payment from Lordchaos for all 3 figures in exchange for assuming the rights to the figures. As part of this agreement ... Lordchaos is going to give Impact! a full list of who has already paid for these figures. Anyone on this list will be given the following offer:

Buy $15 USD or more worth of ANYTHING from Impact! (before shipping) and we'll put in the package the figures that Lordchaos owed you (ie you had already paid for) for free.

I hope this plan will help everyone who ordered these figures get them now quickly to resolve this matter.

Lordchaos hoped to have the list to me of everyone who had paid for figures by Sunday. I'll try to email and PM all on that list as quickly as possible to explain the situation as well.

Wow thats really Generous of you guys at Impact! you're really putting yourselves out by taking on the rights to something you didn't want and doing your upmost to help the community that supports you.

I am a little annoyed at lordchaos for taking on something and not following it through especially as other peoples hard earned cash is involved and not keeping those of us who parted with our money informed, but thanks to Impact! its got him out of the soft and smelly.

once again thank you Tom, Ramsay and Gav

Yeah, that's really Generous from Impact! :D I love these guys :)

And thanks a lot to Galak in person for his great efforts to solve a problem that was non of Impact! .

For my part, and I only speak for me, I'll never ever buy/order anything from LordChaos. It seems his name is programm.

I already have a lot in mind from the Impact! shop, so there will be no problem to reach the $15 or the € amount :P

Galak, a PM is coming your way with an additional question.

I'll send 5 of each of them Draco for his sales purposes. When I email / PM you about the deal ... just let me know you'll be settling with Draco and I'll let him know to allow you to pick up your figure(s) with an order from him of say around 11 Euros or more.

To answer some other questions I've been asked.

In the other currencies. Let's call it 10 GBP, 11 Euros, 16 CAD and 17 AUD to get the figures thrown in for free that you are missing.

IF you are out Rudolph Beastman or the Steriod Elf (ST 4 Wood Elf) .... let me know. These I do not have lying around ... but I can get our caster to spin a few more of both of them to deal with any of these missing figures as well from orders. You might need to wait a bit for me to get these (but I'm talking like a 2 to 3 week delay as I have some cast up ... not much more than that). Again ... I'm willing to throw these in for free with any other figures you've never received yet paid for with the minimum order from Impact!

I had not really understood that folks were missing figures from before the newest 3. I mailed Lordchaos the full casting run of those a long time ago ... so those should be in his possession ... my only guess is that he didn't want to spend the postage to ship part of an order :?: ... not sure.

I don't have any of his comics or his dice ... so if you never received these ... you'll still need to address those with LordChaos if you still want to try and get them.

Hope that answers the 3 questions I've had so far through PM.

I must admit I'd given up on these, so this is excellent news (although it's not going to help make Impact a viable full time job, is it?)

Am I right in thinking that we should hold fire on placing any orders until you get in touch with us? I know what I want (and it's ever so slightly over your minimum ...)

I helped start Impact! to take care of the community. Even if this is now my sole source of income ... if I ever lose track of that ... Impact! becomes no better than GW. So I'm more concerned about taking care of the community than Impact! on this one. The soul of Impact! was taking care of the community ... I want to make sure everyone realizes that me doing this full time doesn't remove that fact.
