Great sculpts! Poses like the Witch elf are hard to pull of, you want to make them look like they are moving fast and in perfect balance, not about to break their noses on the astrogranite. I think you're about to make this pose but be careful.

I like the slenderness of the figs, makes me think of the blood cult assassins from 40K and Inquisitor.

Make a deal with Impact so I can buy them when they are done!

Also, thanks for sharing the process with us here!

me and Frank have been discussing these sculpts for weeks mate..

Ok, we really REALLY need these cast up an sold. Why not make a bit of money off your work, my friend, and enrich the blood bowl community as a whole!

Please consider selling these.

This is the 5th update of the team, unfortunately not until tomorrow will you get a sneak peak at the new assassin (:D) but you will get to see the blitzer mostley complete, with hands and head. HOORAY!

Witch elf is getting closer to being done, I can't take any pictures of her head because it's seperate and not on any wire, I'm working on jointing i to the body...so she's still without a head.

the blitzers hips are odd, the right hip protrudes out a bit but the left one doesn't

the top of the torso seems strange as well

also standing both feet on tiptoes in that pose seems bizarre

Well the weight is on that leg, so her mass would be shifted that way.
As for the feet, she's standing on the ball of her right foot, I guess the boot tips don't belay that well with the excess putty on the wire.

And what about the top of the torsoe?

The top of the toros seems to long , especially on the frontal picture .

The pictures taken from lef tand right side doesnt seem to have that as obvious as the frontal shot.

WHat I mean with the top is the part where the collar bone would be seems to be a bit high from what you would expect .

I like the style but find the pose of the blitzer a little too static for my taste. That could make a great linemen but blitzer needs to show movement!

Hoist the tits back up there again. Shouldn't have listened to the cougar hunters earlier.

Alternatively, as someone already suggested, reposition the collar bones.

The witch needs a ribcage, or you might end up with the Phil's Phigs look on her torso (no offense Phil -your minis had some really good points, but some weak also; the torsos being one).

Overall though, these sculpts look extremely promising. You have managed to put me off my own dark elf project, I'll just wait and see how yours turn out instead.

And you don't need to be dynamic just because you're a blitzer if you're just enough of a bad-ass! This goes for darkelves especially, they're supposed to reek of arrogance. You can convey this with a static pose. I've always imagined Hubris in a static pose, holding a pair of ripped-off arms in his hands.

Ok, so More like THIS?

I fixed part of the hair, and rearranged her chest.
I think it looks better. Just a minor note the head isn't "Attatched" so it kink of does what it wants as far as how it sits, if I were to glue it on the chin would come down a bit more.

Here's some new pix, of the newest WIP member of the team, an assassin.
She's going to have alternate arms that come equiped with Deadly Poison Claws, Knives, or Wrist mounted blades!

she's a bit thin now, but with a proper diet and exercise of putty she'll be built out fine.

She's a Praying Mantis In a Party Dress. lol
