Looks like the 2nd and 3rd novels were not released in the US. You can however get the omnibus for $31.99 on Amazon.com marketplace. The first novel is $0.44 in the same place.

i have all 4 in novel form, the omnibus, and the TPB Killer Contract for quite awhile. i got the omnibus new for $15usd
