I finally got the hand on the postage but still not sure of the cost.
Will try tomorrow morning and I'll fix the postage fee

er, I don't want to be an ass (no more than normal anyway) - but what is the point of a limited ed model if you simply re-cast it once it sells out??

some guys paid a lot of money for the naked dwarves ( all of which were based on me by the way

) and now you just re-cast them..

why don't you print me off a few more dollars while you are at it as well...

I say keep rare models rare and keep your integrity as well..

I know back when I worked for GW they change "limited" to "special", so that they could recast it. Using the word limited requires in a legal term the miniature to be limited to a specific amount, and that would prevent the recasting.

Don't know if the rules have changed, since it have been quite a few years that I worked for GW, and it might be different from country to country.

this isn't about legality in a specific country, this is about morality in the community..

I sold my Fondu dwarves a few years back for quite a bit of cash.. if he casts them up again, I feel like a thief...

If they weren't available when you sold them, they were rare and worth the money

I sold a Sgt Centurious for a lot of money about a year before GW put it in a new army deal without advertising it. Never felt bad about the reprint, or my profitable sale.

I worked in an LGS and knew that the Sgt Centurious was in said army deal. My boss pulled them out of the boxes and sold them on eBay for massive $$ before it became common knowledge, and didn't discount the army deals after taking the "special" mini out, now THAT'S crooked, burning both the guy that bought the "special"fig, and the guy that got gypped in the army deal.
