I have extra 'Flings

Post by mrinprophet »

If anyone needs some 3rd edition halflings, please let me know. I picked up quite a few this week and they could use a good home. Thanks.

Actually, I've been looking for a halfling team for quite a while. But I live in Sweden - and I need a full team...

looking for a halfling team for quite a while
here in local shop i saw a 2.ed Halbling team for ... i think 40,00 euro... 16 minis. Not painted, old metal. If you like i can take this team for you and ship it to you. Price would be the price i paid plus shipping costs.

I forget to mention that I have twenty extra of them. Only two or three have paint on them.

Oh yeah... Anyone know how many different 3rd edition halfling figs were made. I have 7 and didn't know if there were more.

hmm, as i knew there are six 3.ed halfling BB minis. I would like to see Number 7 if possible. So i agree Dave about the numbers of halbing minis

There are six 2.ed Halblings, too, and this starplayer Baconbreath. Maybe a mix up ? Hm, the 2.ed minis are smaller than the 3.ed

MickeX... if you like i can buy them tomorrow ( saturday) I have to check, how much for the minis.

I just did a quick double-check. I have 36 total halflings, all of which I believe to be 3rd edition, but wouldn't swear to it. Anyway, I have seven different figs, with multiple copies of each with the exception of one particular model. This model is labeled GW94, like the rest. Upon closer inspection, it looks exactly like the model with the collander on his head with two exceptions. First, the model's left hand is slighly lower. Second, the "hat" is not a collander, but appears to be a metal bowl. After looking at this for a while, it is probably a conversion (filed collander to a bowl, lowered arm) by someone with more skill than me. I was really excited until then. Sorry.

Wow, are there still 2nd ed. boxes around in stores... Well, Flings, but still... They don't have any more of those Fling teams do they? Or any other teams? I mean, 2nd ed.

nope, this is not a new boxed team. If so, i would keep it for myself

In this shop people selling minis they dont want anymore. Thats it. And this team look quite nice, but i got all different halblings minis already and will not play this team. No need for 16 more of them  But no more teams right now. sorry.

MickeX...

i will check the shop today for you.

mrinprophet...

hm, if any doubt, ask our BB Guru Galak about the minis. I think, he knews everything about BB minis.

Hello,

If you still have any for sale I need to pick up one or two. I also live in St. Louis so that would make things convenient. I don't remember if these boards show email or not, so I'm mr_bean70@hotmail.com

Thanks,

A Dwarf Lineman and a Wood Elf Lineman are talking shop at a bar. The Wood Elf says, "Well, you guys are strong, but we're really fast." The dwarf replies "Well only until we break your legs."
