The NAF makes them, and there should be one given out at every NAF sanctioned tourney.

NAF are they a European based BB tourny? their site is down at the moment do they sell them on their site?

NAF is the worldwide BB community, and the associated rankings that you will see at most tourneys.

And no they don't sell them. They are given to the winner of the tourney. So, if you want one, wait until you see a gem like the one on ebay, or attend a NAF sanctioned tourney, and win it.
