I tried to pay by paypal but couldn't so I've sent you a cheque today instead. I have put my NAF name with it but not my ID number cos I don't know where to get it from? Hope that's OK.

Completely missed the date for this one - would have been interested, as I'm back from my holiday on the Friday before, so I have the weekend off.
