Regarding the bus service: all interested teams should coordinate their arrivals in barcelona that no team has to wait overlong for the rest.

The dutch team is still finalizing travel arrangements, so I cannot guarantee a time of arrival, but I will let you know as soon as we're certain.

I think the Scottish are arriving in Girona, but I know from using it before there's a coach service for about 10 euros from Girona airport to Barca main bus terminal. Runs every hour or so. Why is an Englishman helping the Scots? Well, we wouldn't want our "free points" to miss the event, would we??

2 coaches for 2 nighté=>140*2=280
6 coaches for 3 nights=>170*6=1020
Total=> 1300
Only one player of the team didnt paid yet. So we still have to pay 170 euros for his 3 nights.

Hi everybody,

Concerning Portugal, we have a matter, i have few news from Tiago (i send a email the 3 august and have no anwser).
Tiago have said that he have 6 players (what sound good) but didn't precise who, neither what they want to play, and neither if they are sure to come.

For my part, i have contacted those players who are sure to come (portugueses living in France):

Oon (naf number = 8861 , roster wanted Dark Elves)

And Jose (naf number = 10634, roster wanted Lezardmen or Dwarves )

And me Haktar (naf number = 8734, roster wanted orcs )

But we have to quickly book our flights (in order to be not too expensive).

In addition, i have contacted Nuno Portela (nickname : nportela, naf number : 10752, portuguese living in portugal near porto), who can come in order to complete the team and Patrick who is a portuguese (living in France, no naf number), who have to check with his job.

We didn't know how to proceed, we want to join our forces with Tiago, but have few news from him, and we must to book ours flights and holidays.
In addition, we want to check the bus tickets.

Kewan, can Oon, Jose and me book our flights now?

I don't do that.

PHONE Tiago and talk with him, sending e-mails that's going to be slower than you need. You can form 1 portuguese team, I can't tell you how to do it and I can't give you a guarantee that you are going to be part of this team.

What happen if tiago & you finally don't form the team, or you're only 4 people...That's the problem that we want to avoid this year

You can assist not as player, only for having fun, if finally you form a team and you're inside, you'll play, if not...

I'm sorry Haktar, I don't know how to find Tiago and I can't give you a solution to this problem
