The Nurgle complete team is the best deal on the site as you'd need 2 Chaos teams, 3 Nurgle teams, and a Chaos Spawn box to make that team deal.

Nurgle was the most screwed team by the loss of individual minis.

I wish BBFigs.com all the best for providing a valuable service.

As the miniatures are coming from (I presume) split boxed sets, I hope there isn't a developing imbalance in stock levels for certain miniatures e.g. a surfeit of Beastmen or Pestigors because the Warriors and Rotters are all being used for the Nurgle roster.

Presuming things go really well, is there a possibility of seeing (more, considering the Beast) plastics from WFB for use in conversions to BB players e.g. Marauders for the Chaos All-Stars roster?

Btw, Lizardmen are in desperate need of some BBFig love...it's probably better value to buy the Lizardman battalion and get converting right now.

Indeed. Exactly why I want one.

Unfortunately its not a matter of justifying the value of the deal...I'm not exactly flush with riches at the moment. Having your already pitiful salary reduced yet further by parental leave smarts a little, and its con season here. Between that and the pile of stuff I have to paint as is, plus the amount of use I'd get out of it...its tricky.

Maybe next month.

Thank you. The whole reason I joined in to start Impact! was to help the community more so than profit (probably why Impact! is 2 years old and has not yet made money) ... BBFigs was just another way to help.

We have plans in place to hopefully handle this problem.

Some will make an appearance but definitely limited to start. Marauders might make an appearance if things go well for the store ... we need to get all 24 teams in first.

Should be on sale within two weeks.

That's good. I wonder if GW would be ok with you selling individual sprues?

If the Marauders happen to fit well with a certain mutation conversion sprue I've heard of ;) that would be good too...

Are you able to get hold of the plastic team sprues from the current box set? (ie Humans and Orcs). I wouldnt mind expanding my human team, but would prefer to expand it with the same plastics rather than get extra metal figs of a slightly different design.

cheers for the good work!

I have no way to get plastic sprues from GW from the boxed set ... sorry.

Ebay will be your best bet or contact Jason at Tritex Games as he sometimes has components of the boxed set like this.

Do you have an idea of when you will be getting in the Human figs?
And when you do, will it just be the 5th edition figures or will it also be 3rd edition as well?

To answer both of the last 2 questions:

Here are the waves that we are stocking teams in the store.

1st wave: 6 teams up presently and Lizardman (should be in store soon)
2nd wave: Elf, High Elf, Wood Elf
3rd wave: Amazon, Dark Elf
4th wave: Dwarf, Human, Ogre, Skaven, Underworld
5th wave: Necromantic, Norse, Undead, Chaos Pact
6th wave: Halfling, Khemri
7th wave: Slann (Kroot/Lizardmen conversions), Star Players, Cheerleaders

Each wave costs between $1000 and $2000 USD to release so it really depends on the sales of BBFigs.com to determine how fast it all gets released.

Right now we are $700 USD from releasing the 2nd wave.

Are Underworld, Chaos Pact & Slann dependent on getting approved by the BBRC of can you go ahead without/before then?

The BBRC already voted 5-0 in favour of making those 3 teams official. Note that JJ is one of those five votes.

So that's done ... the only reason they are on hold at all is JJ wanted official minis for the team. But they were already voted on by the BBRC and made official.
