Since Eurobowl I it always has been maximum 2 freeboters per nation. Did you changed the rule or was it a typo?

But this rule was broken at last Eurobowl when the Scottish team was allowed to play with 4 italians and 1 spanish in his files (Toppomuschiato, Treno, Margot, Psycho and Grotuk).

What Kewan wanted to say it's that we don't want to let it happen again. Therefore, 2 maximum freeboters per nation.

Margot is apparently part Scottish. McGrotuk is now an honorary scotsman, and unfortunately the english "scotsmen" on our team all dropped out on us at the last minute. One of them said he was coming, but didn't even tell us he wasn't coming.

Shouldn't happen again this year. We've been recruiting.

Like I said. We (Wales) have no hope in hell of even getting close to 6, never mind 8. But would like to come over anyway. Just to get on the map so to speak and get the ball rolling for the future.

I totally agree on the fact that last edition' Scottish Team was uncorrect... and that it should never happen again... but it has been a mistake, not a chosen different ruleset.

I personally think that the rule of maximum 2 freebooters per national team is fair and plain and should be maintained. Then we should avoid to be again in a situation like in EB IV where we had accepted the inscription of Scotland even if we weren't sure of their presence and then we created a freebooter team just to even the number. Thinking about it after the event, the right choice would have been to say "no" to Scotland and play with 10 "regular" teams. But it's too easy to say now. And you know that Hoomin and is kilt are a "must have" in a tournament

Any news about Portugal? Are they going to partecipate, having the EB so near their country?

-for a Eurobowl veteran who has played for 2 nations that have won already the Eurobowl

-for a master of friendly conversation between fellow coaches?

-for a player who has allways friendly words for his opponent?

-for a Dungeonbowl finalist with a dwarfteam full of teleporter neurotics?

Don't search any more! Get me, Glorian Underhill, Mercenario Profesionata! But dont trust my words, trust the comment of other fellow coaches:

Some people may be surprised but team Belgium is already formed.
We have 8 ( I repeat eight) players, so no freebooters this year.
This year we'll do it without the excellent help from both Kheldar and Glorian.

Of course, we know it was a last minute problem and finally to not mess more things up, that was the decission taken.

But what I tried to say before is that we want to avoid that situation as far as possible.
