I am probably interested in the coin. What price do you have in mind for it?Leipziger wrote:As the title suggests, I am gonna stick my minis and my coin (#258) onto Ebay at the end of the week, but thought I'd give someone here the chance first. If you fancy either or both of them, pm me with an offer.

A very un-materialistic person. Those are hard to find these days. Kudos LepLeipziger wrote:but I have the memories of the World Cup and the friendships and they are what are important to me. If I kept the coin it would loiter in a box and I would never see it. I fully understand why most people want to keep theirs, and do not want to offend anyone.
No apologies required. Galak's advice is as sensible as it gets. I will follow the auction and see if my budget allows me to bid on the coin. I hope you get a fair price for it, anyway.Leipziger wrote: @ Canales - apologies, but given Galak's advice, I'm going to pop it on ebay as I have no clue what to ask for it.
Yeah, I noticed Horekim's post. You raise some points that are worth a ponder, GalakGalakStarscraper wrote:However ... it looks like you aren't the only one willing to sell it.
Horekim already posted an auction for the coin today.
This does give you decision now strategywise.
1) You can set up your auction to finish one day after Horekim's which means anyone who feels the first one is getting out of hand can switch over and bid on yours instead (or bid on it in the first place because they feel the 1st auction will go for too much money).
2) You can wait until Horekim's auction ends and if you like the amount ... offer it up on TBB for the amount of the 2nd highest bidder and skip the Ebay fees altogether.
