BrassBowl 2007 - the anniversary edition 8/9 december

Post by brassman »

Dear all,

you are all cordially invited to our ANNIVERSARY EDITION of the BrassBowl. Thats right, this year will be our 5th anniversary and we plan on making it the best one ever. In the end, however, most of it depends on you, the players, and on that count we count ourselves lucky as the previous editions have been heaps of fun, on the board and off the board alike.

So, if you are in the mood for more fun, games and sillyness, come down to Oostende on December 8/9 2007 and help us to make our 5th edition a memorable one. Local brewers have already been notified to step up Duvel and Leffe production and hot chickens are already being groomed to be ready for a horde of ravenous Bloodbowl players.

Some practical details:
- 5 games swiss, using Living RuleBook 5.0
- Team Rating 110
- Your team can start with ONE assigned skill before the tournament, after each game you will get another one on a random player and after the third game, you'll get a "double" skill choice on one random player.
- No wizards, no star players and yes Halflings may use their Master Chef :)

Hope to see you all there!

The Brassman

Well I don't know if my passport will be sorted by then (the old one that ended Feb 2007 is still sitting on my desk next to me  ) but this was one of the most fun tournaments I have ever been to and I do so hope I can be there again...

yup, in 4 days.. anyway, enough thread hijacking..

hope you all have a great Brassbowl.. my advice would be to take Goblins and play on the lower tables to avoid the smell creeping from the bogs on the Sunday morning..
