Am really looking forward to this weekend, and am looking to improve on my horrendous goblin showing at the Waterbowl Weekender (1 w, 1 d, 4 l - F 3 A 14). Unfortunately, Hoomin is not going to be there with his 7 star player line-up to provide me with a win).

Great thanks. 33 confirmed now. Only 15 spaces and still got another 20 that have put names forward as interested so it is a good turn out anyway.

OK Just for a taster any coach may win a spot prize at any point during the competion by doing something extrodinary. There are 6 paths to achieving this - here are 3 of the 6:

1) Path Of Destruction: Completly clearing the pitch of all of the opponents players
2) Path Of Glory: Any Coach who scores 8 or more Touchdowns in a single match
3) Path of Insanity: Any Player who on his turn successfully Kills an opponent after rolling 3 Block dice against. (Roll of 12 on injury only = Kill)

Any of you wish to stew on the last 3:

4) Path of Lightning:
5) Path of Stealth:
6) Path of Nuffle:

Anyone who manages to achieve all 6 has got to have sold their soul to Nuffle

Path of Lightning: Who manages to achieve 3 x 1 turn TD’s in a single match

There will be other spot prizes but these will reward some extrodanary results!! all of the above I have seen achieved at Blood Bowl Events.

The basics spot brizes look pretty extraordinary on their own!

ok having caught up with all the posts and finally been able to get time off work to come to this

(being made redundant has its uses after all

)

i am currently madly painting the last remaining minis and was wondering i know a few people have said they would be up for friendlies is it possible to play after the tournament has finished for the day if people are that mad

(rolls eyes and quickly looks away)

and if it is would anyone be up for a few games if the venue is open for 24 hours i might even bring a few of my older teams for a bit of variety

I meant the ones above are extraordinary...other spot prizes will be a bit less challenging but fluctuate each round....I would love to see someone achieve all 6 though - may be worth a special prize if someone did
