Good news is Carl is ok now for me to ask GW, and I've been told there is probably an *0% chance they'll ok this, provided we keep the number small.

I'm not 100% sure who to ask, so I'm going to start by emailing Andy Hall today. Fingers double-crossed (if you can do that...).
