No, it's not meant to be blank. Ronnie90210 has already pointed that out to me.

The conversion to PDF seems to have misplaced it. The actual entry was:

Team Advancement:
SPPâ€™s are not gained by players. Before the beginning of the tournament, 5 skills may be allocated to the team. No more than 1 skill per player. 1 of the 5 skills may be considered as a double, but cannot be a Stat increase

If this is a thinly veiled attempt to get out of Albabowl, and go to Tritex's the following week, and i find out about it, there will be repercussions young man.
