Foul Appearence while Prone?

To the point, do players 3 spaces away still have a -1 modifier to pass or catch the ball if the FA player is knocked down?

No one knows for sure but i would play that it doesn't prone players shouldn't affect the game imo, other than getting in the way.

In our league these are the skills/traits you can use while prone:
Jump Up
Kick
Leader
Spikes
Stunty
Thick Skull

All other skiliis/traits isn´t usable.

strange skills to list while prone, jump up of course, leader i would agree, spikes has changed your av but i get your point, i see that as a given, how would you use kick and stunty while you are prone? I don't really see how, only way your going to get to use the kick skill (normally) is for kick off and your only going to get knocked prone at the kick off table before play starts, but the kickoff result happens after you have kicked the ball into the air. As for stunty how can you be dodging through ignoring tackle zones when you are prone? Unless you assuming the +1inj but then its your opponent using that really ;]

I meant the +1 on injuries. I think we decided on kick while using a different timing on kickoffs.
