No, you're not the only one, but I couldn't think of a good way of phrasing it....

Something that's usefull (i've found) when playing is someway to keep track of weather.

So when I made my portable pitch (cut up a desert battle mat, and used a pen to draw on the field..) I made 5 weather boxes, one for each type of weather. I made them where you usually find the BloodBowl logo, between the score trackers..

If you make them weather boxes, with the effect written on them, nobody will forget the effect during a game. The current weather box is a great place to put i.e. your cheerleaders, unless you've got a hole lot of them...
Here is a first idea for a weather chart. I wanted something a bit different and I yhink this looks ok.

Here it is incorporated into a pitch. Next stage is getting a board made up.

Any thoughts?

That's similar what I was thinking when I saw that picture with a tagline underneath that read "Hot!" -- I thought it might have been a rating indicator for an adult film review!

Tangent: Of course, it probably doesn't help -- in my case -- that a very good friend of mine is the Managing Editor in charge of AVN's (Adult Video News, if you're not familiar) "AVN Novelty Business" magazine (fair warning: NOT a work-safe link!). Which means that every year, she hosts a viewing party when it's time for her to watch the nominees and cast her vote for the AVN Awards (the Oscars of the porn industry). I didn't actually make it to last year's viewing party... but I did help organize and arrange the box of 100+ DVDs of all the nominees beforehand.

Great looking pitch you got there.
I think the texture of the grass makes it appear rather too long. Though Id have no idea how to correct this.
That aside its a great design.

I'd really like someone to come up with a decent alternative for the KO box (i.e. one that LOOKS like the GW one, but ISN'T quite the same). I don't really like the FUMBBL one for a real life pitch as it's too plain. If I can get that then the long overdue Travel Bloodbowl can start production (and there's a free set to the dugout artist!! :D )

Couple thoughts, Any chance we could see a Sin Bin for ejected players?

Also the Dead and Injured box, could that be split into BH, SI and Deaths??

Just some ideas. They do look great though.

When it comes to doing a version to get printed, I will remake the whole file at a higher resolution and will make the grass smaller.

I am currently looking into costs to get boards printed and mounted. Ideally I would like to make hardboard pitches rather than felt pitches. I think I am still a few weeks off getting to that stage though. I would like to have a pitch finished by the BB, if I can make it there that is.
