GW US mail order still has Bilerot Vomitflesh and Lewdgrip Whiparm for sale ($8 each). They are, however, discontinuing Lewdgrip as soon as the new catalog comes out and will only carry Bilerot from the 2nd edition.

Thanks to Necrostinto for pointing me in that direction as I was able to order each of them.
