Looking for Chaos Allstars minis

I am looking for the following minis, to complety my Chaos Allstars Team:

1 Ogre #1 bought
1 Troll #1 bought
1 Minotaur #1 bought
1 Duke Luthor of Hawkfire bought
1 Dark Elf Cather #2 bought
1 Gbolin Cather #2 bought

All of them second Edition.

What do you guys think theese minis will cost me? Selling proposels in this thread, or per pm pls.

Is there anywhere on the net a complete list of the team (so i have the names of the minis i allready posses) with pictures if possible?

I have no other 2nd Edition Mini, but i can give you the figure of last years Bembel Bowl, or 2005s BUBBLE.
