No upper limit, yes you need to pay for all four rounds and the entry fee to the convention. We do have a really good dealers room and there are other events you could play in. My only real regret was that their "slots" were 4 hours long.... It's kinda long for a game but too short for two! If I could have fit a couple of rounds in there, I would have!

I'm all up for DungeonBowl, I've always wanted to try that, and a good mix of coffee and canadian beer will see me awake enough to play it through.

Speaking of beer, anyone want anything special from Quebec? We have several good beers here, like Maudite (translation: Damned) and Fin Du Monde (translation: End of the World). Both have won major awards and have over 8% alcohol content, I can even pass them out before you play me... :D

This tourney sounds like a lot of fun, but unfortunately, I won't be able to attend :( :(
My new job with the Habs prevent me from travelling too far during the hockey season !
Balrog : excellent beer choices !

TH : tell me more about this tournament in June, a tournament in Montreal, my entire league might go (7 players) !

I'm their new Communications coordinator, assisting the Communications Director, starting officially next Thursday.

Daytime : doing some stats, paperwork, press releases and other "office" stuff (I prepare all the stats and infos being distributed on the Press Box).

Gametime : Media relations, 3 Stars, fetching the players for their interviews, etc.

It can't be described how great I feel about this job ! It is really my dream job that I just found !

Fred

PS : I now "officially" only drink Molson products !

There's not a lot to tell at the moment. It will be in late June of 2003. There will be 4 elimination rounds and the top four players will go on to play Death Bowl, 4 way blood bowl. The winner of that match will be the Death Bowl Champion.

I'm going to start planning and taking names for the Tournament in February so keep your eyes on this site and http://www.house-rulez.com for more information.

Yeah, I'll probably end up going, provided I can make this an inexpensive trip. Thanks for inviting me. Now all I have to do is get together a nicely painted team...

Well the hotel split three ways for 2 nights will be about 40 USD each. Split the gas with TH ... you should be able to get away fairly inexpensive.

Okay agree I'll bring the 3-D Dungeonbowl board so can try this out and since the rounds are 4 hourse each ... that's 16 hours to play 4 games of BB ... sounds like a lot of time to play Dungeonbowl since it usually doesn't take that long to play a game (or so I've been told).

No upper limit, yes you need to pay for all four rounds and the entry fee to the convention.
Okay ... now I'm confused ... I paid 15 USD for the weekend pass ... what else did I need to do?

If you check the Pre-Reg pages of the UCon site you'll see that you can also pre register for events. Each event at the convention has it's own costs involved on top of the 15 to get in the door. For the Underworld cup it's $3.00 per time slot, four slots so it comes to $12.00.
