Believe it or not, I've done that already. With the exception of the Troll3 and 2 or 3 Snotlings, I had a complete collection, sold it all, and recollected it all again. I'm wondering what to do this time. Got any more suggestions off that list?narkotic wrote:

What to do with your collection?
So, you've got the largest and finest collection there is (well, maybe), now what? Here are some ideas - you can probably think of more:
1) Bask in the glory of your collection. Be resplendent in the awe of your fellow collectors and enthusiasts (this is usually short lived or an illusion of your own ego).
2) Sell it! Most of the fun can be in the hunt. Selling your collection can help you retrieve some of that much needed cash you spent on it in the first place. You can then start again (for all you SAN 0 types out there) - or perhaps move onto something cheaper - bottle tops or old Pokemon cards. By the way - if you're selling, why not contact yog-sothoth.com first...
3) Use it for evil. You can now put your players through some of the most obscure and tortuous scenarios known to man, or Elder God. They'll never have read that obscure TOME scenario from 20 years ago - and they won't know what hit them...mwah-ha-ha-ha-hah!
4) Use it for good. It's believed even Chaosium doesn't have a complete archive of their own material, much less those of other publishers. Here's your chance to help the larger CoC community and use your collection for research. An example of this is Brian Sammons's 'Keeper's List of Lists' from Chaosium's 'Keeper's Companion II' which outlines eras, monsters and notable characters published in every almost supplement for CoC to date - a good basic reference. There is still much that can be done (e.g. detailed scenario synopses, better contextual descriptions for the lists) - and so the work continues.
