Report them to GW, not eBay. They might actually do something about it. Idiots like this are watering down the market and reducing the value of all our minis.

Jajaja, you're right, hoomin_erra, those dices seem... funny. The text below the pics say "Blood Bowl dices, 2,40 euros/unit. Made of wood, varnished. Strong enough for astrogranite" (quite expensive, by the way).
