Dirty player

Should the +2 bonus for Dirty player REPLACE the standard +1 or is ADDED?
I mean, is a dirty player have +3 bonus when he fouls or just +2, due to the skill?

I believe it's added to the +1 you already get for fouling so it's actually +3 to get through the armor or, if the +1 was all you needed for the AV, you can use the +2 on the injury roll.
