Pretty OT: Dragons - who makes a nice one?

Post by Levinas »

Subject header says it all. I want to paint up a dragon. Any suggestions as to which one to choose?

It's not for gaming, just for painting up so it can be any sort of dragon.

Any ideas?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Very nice, I like the Gauth one - except for the £55 price tag :o ...

Off to ebay then!

I´ve painted this one (Reaper).

I love dragons but I couldn´t even find the time or bring myself to paint a small skink so I think a dragon would take a few years.

Really don't like that scupt - muh prefer the old "mainline" GW Chaos Dragon. To me, it looks like the sculpter couldn't decide if he was making a Chaos Dragon or an undead one.

That said, the normal FW dragon is pretty sweet, though at £115, it should be.
