You might want to specify what kind of game you want: pbem/fumbbl? What tr level level and which rules you want to play - LRB 3.0/4.0 etc

TR = team rating i.e. how much is the team worth? A normal roster is TR100, but some people like to play these games allowing each coach mpre money to spend. Alternately, you can say TR100 but with extra skills.

Yeah thanks very helpful, very new to pbem (don't know if you could tell!) i'd like to have a tr of 110, but don't know how tochange my roster to allow it to go up that high
